Snowmobile searching tour for Northern Lights
The best part of Lappish evenings is the glowing snow under the snowmobile front lights and the starry skies that stretches endlessly. While guests need a bit of luck to see the Northern Lights, this safari promises a beautiful evening snowmobile ride to a remote location in nature, with plenty of driving time to really search for the dancing Auroras on the sky. As you move further and further towards the wilderness, you will get a glimpse of the welcoming teepee.
When you are invited inside, you will be enveloped by a cozy feeling of candles and reindeer skins and the wonderful aroma of the campfire. Choose to spend some time inside to warm your fingers by the fire and some time outside, observing the night sky. Whether or not Northern Lights make an appearance, even the night sky makes an impressive view and your winter clothing make it possible to lie back on the snow and enjoy the unique view from the Arctic Circle.
You will spend about 60 minutes in the campfire and instead of the usual day snack, you will entertain yourself by making a sweet treat - a twisted bun on a stick (try Googling tikkupulla for a taste). It is as fun to do as it sounds and you can enjoy making your own non-alcoholic mulled wine drink at the glögi bar, while you wait for the bun to bake on the fire as well as roast marshmallows. Sounds like a cozy, perfect end of the day.
