We are extremely sorry to inform you that some data of our hotel’s future guests may have been leaked today on the 26th October 2024 at 10:52. Once we noticed this, we started immediately investigating this incident to resolve the situation without delay.
The data leak was occurred through a third-party system and it consisted of reservation times, reservation confirmation numbers, as well as the name, email address and phone number used on the reservation. No payment or credit card details have been leaked. We are committed to ensuring that your data is secure and we will take further steps with Finnish authorisations.
Please ignore any text or WhatsApp messages you may receive, and more importantly do not reply to any of them nor open any links that you may receive. We contact our guests via official email addresses sales@novagalaxyvillage.com and info@novagalaxyvillage.com only. If you do receive any suspicious messages, please notify us immediately.
We are deeply sorry about this very unfortunate incident and any inconvenience it may cause. We kindly ask patience as our team is working hard to solve this situation.
